IN RE:  COURTHOUSE—ELECTRICAL & HVAC UPGRADES—SILLING ASSOCIATES—INVOICE APPROVED

Commission approved payment in the amount of $8,000 to Sillings Associates on the Courthouse Electrical & HVAC Upgrades project.

IN RE:  OPEN DOOR MINISTRIES—FUNDING APPROVED

Donald E. Mason moved that the County Commission honor request of Open Door Ministries for funding in the amount of $8,000.  Seconded by Lawrence P. Lemon.  Vote was unanimous.

IN RE:  REQUEST FOR REVISION TO APPROVED BUDGET—COAL SEVERANCE FUND—UNENCUMBERED FUND BALANCE

Lawrence P. Lemon moved that the County Commission to make revision to the Coal Severance Fund of the unencumbered fund balance as follows:  $25,000 to County Clerk-Record Books, $69,524 to Elections-County Clerk-Maintenance & Repair-Equipment and 100,000 to Insurance Program (OPEB).  Seconded by Donald E. Mason.  Vote was unanimous.

IN RE:  4-H CAMP—REPORT ON ANNUAL 4-H CAMP

Mollie Toppe, Extension Agent, met with the Commission to provide report on the annual 4-H Camp.  She advised that this year’s camp was very successful with 122 campers in attendance plus 20 full time volunteers, 6 junior counselors, 19 part-time volunteers and 4 from West Virginia University.

Commission received notification from Scott Lemley, Assessor, of pay increase for Donald Harrison to $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2015.
